[问与答] chrome 浏览器打开部分网页时，会自动打开一个新的谷歌标签页，有办法解决么？

举一个例子，就比如说，我在 chrome 浏览器打开了百度的网页，在我打开百度网页的同时，chrome 浏览器又会自动帮我打开一个谷歌的新标签页。
请问有没有大佬知道，怎么解决这个问题？

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
