[问与答] 在电脑上看到好玩的梗图, 如何一键发送到微信/QQ?

经常会有这样一种需求, 在电脑上看到好看的图片(png/gif), 想一键发送给微信/QQ 里的好基友.

但是通过各种软件来中转实在是太复杂了.

微信/QQ 里似乎能自动读到你相册里的最新一张保存的图片, 不知道是否可以实现我在电脑上一键发到手机的相册里, 然后微信/QQ 就自动读到并提示是否发送这张图片?

是否有类似的浏览器插件或者工具呢? 求助各位大神.
