[全球工单系统] 望京东能优化下自己的业务逻辑

  • 要理解，真的会存在店家还没收到退货，我就要再把东西寄回去的情况🥺😣😵‍💫（到手的第三块电脑主板，零件掉了，我和店家都无法发起换货流程，京东客服也被未完成的单子卡住了）；
  • 店家能看到我的地址，却必须在再次发货时不停地找我要我的真实手机号，这太不合理了；（他看到的是虚拟号…）

这一切，到底是京东的业务逻辑有问题，还是商家不会用京东啊🥺反正我看我也不太会用了…
