[Windows] Windows 11 的设置-主页加载很慢？

升级 Win11 后发现系统设置的默认页是“主页，看起来是根据你的使用习惯挑选出了一些常用的设置展示，但是有时候进入设置，这个”主页“要加载很长时间，好像在计算该展示哪些内容，大家的也是这样吗？用起来有点不爽。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
