电子化家里的说明书

家中说明书太多，太乱 扫描纸质说明书文字图片后整理 pdf 、word 等怎么样方便地读取呢？

目前不成熟的想法：

文件夹分类储存，电脑做一个 app 启动读写文件，整理对应的型号、图片、说明书存一条数据，最后一个 URL 打印成二维码贴在电子产品上，想看就手机一扫

有没有现成的方案
