[问与答] 因为冬季天冷而续航下降的电子产品，到天热会自行恢复吗

发现好像一到冬天，笔记本 手机 平板续航下降至少 15-20%，包括电车，那请问这些续航在夏天会自动恢复到之情的正常水平吗，还是永久损失？
