小弟献丑基于 it-tools 写了一个开源工具箱，后面还会继续加功能的，目前集成并汉化了 it-tools 的内置功能，还自己写了一些翻译的小功能，代码已开源到GitHub上了，欢迎使用或者提出建议

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
