本作携带了两种游戏模式，在游戏开始玩家可以选择自己喜欢的模式进行游玩：

阅读模式：选项有剧情锁，并且附带剧情推进提示地图，剧情推进路线为固定的推荐路线，适合不想花时间在路线选择上的休闲玩家

混乱模式：没有剧情锁，可以任意选择自己喜欢的选项，体验最原始的游戏感受，

但是可能需要做一些记录，适合喜欢在一堆线索里自己找出路的解密玩家
