复现方法：等待几秒，三指横向或者斜 45° 很短的拖移，光标位置不变
MBP M3Pro ，macos18 beta2
不确定是测试版系统原因还是什么软件影响的
亦或者本来就这样以前一直没注意？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
