[问与答] 网传国内开始对投资港美股的征收境外资本利得税了？请问是真的吗？是否有办法规避？

看到网传国内开始对投资港美股的征收资本利得税了？不知道有没有 V 友中招的？
如果有请问是用的哪家券商的哪国账号（比如富途有 HK 和其它国家的 moomoo ）。
是否有什么办法规避？比如转仓到其它券商？如果可以，转仓到哪些券商？转仓信息是否也会被大陆税务掌握从而收税？
还有那些规避海外资本利得税的手段？比如不卖股票？搞成非税收公民？
