[宽带症候群] 江苏电信第二条宽带和单独办的宽带有啥区别吗？

在上海有一条 2000 兆宽带，说是加 30 每个月可以在老家江苏多一条 200 兆宽带，折下来 360 一年，
然后去老家电信营业厅问了，1000 块钱两年 200 兆，说是独享带宽，360 那个是共享带宽。

这俩有区别吗？还是说电信忽悠人？
