[职场话题] 想问问大伙一个问题，当一个公司制度不明确，有什么好处与坏处？

是这样的，我现在在的这个公司，什么制度都不明确，除了某些对员工不利的人事类规定，其他基本都是靠：
1 、员工自己争取；
2 、几个领导开会的时候 battle ；
3 、大伙自觉……

但是比如什么福利，比如差旅（境内境外）补贴什么的，反正没看到……
