[macOS] Monterey 12.7.5 将 Safari 升级到 17.5 后频繁闪退

最近手贱，将 Monterey 12.7.5 下的 Safari 浏览器升级到 17.5 版本后，频繁闪退，几分钟一次，几乎到无法使用的地步，看国外有不少人都碰到，Ventura+Safari 17.5 没事，Monterey + Safari 17.5 百分百中标。不知有没人碰到过？除了重装或 TimeMachine 恢复还没有有解？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
