[宽带症候群] 我也被“PCDN”了

坐标 0859 ，今接到电信工作人员电话，电话中反馈说我上传量太大（ 1T/d ），说要上门签署 CDN 保证书，已预约明日（ 7.10 ），若不签署三日内断网。 从未跑过 PCDN ，流量基本是 PT ，按理说 PT 流量特征应是 bittorent 才对，难不成是吊毛运营商想对我下黑手亦或是保证书中有挖坑？求问各位老哥有签的没，具体内容是什么，CDN 这块不怕，就怕搞些其他有的没的条款。有大佬成功刚赢过么？具体应对方法是什么呢？
