[Android] 求个 200 左右的热点机

iOS 开热点体验太差，无奈想找个便宜稳定的手机开热点给设备用，要求：


1. 能自动设定热点开关时间
2. 能 ROOT 和解 BL ，定制要强些
3. 电池最好两三天一冲，有基础收发短信和电话需求
4. 尺寸要小，要轻薄, 不要太大，键盘翻盖都可，价位最高 230
5. 尽可能不选择跟中国大陆有关的厂商或服务，节操问题不想多说
6. 国内全网通，3G 4G 都要兼容
