[NAS] 更换主板和 CPU 的情况下， OpenMediaVault 可以无缝迁移吗？

我有一套装有 OpenMediaVault 的设备，硬件如下：

CPU: intel i3 8100
主板: 豆希主板 B365
内存: 8G * 2
系统盘: 512G 京造固态
数据盘: 西数紫盘 4T * 4
电源: 1U 益衡 7025B

其中数据盘组了 Raid 5 ，现在我要升级 CPU 到 12300T ，主板升级到精粤 H610I ；

这种情况能不能无缝迁移，预想的理想情况是我只需要在 BIOS 里选一下启动设备就可以使用，还有什么其他需要考虑的吗？谢谢🙏大家
