[问与答] 流量(物联)卡被停了怎么维权

之前在 TB 上买的移动流量卡（只能上网没有电话和短信），交了一年 59.9 元，用了 4 个月就被停了（客服说是卡单，问什么是卡单也不说）。现在一年的套餐已经升级到 99 元，客服说想继续用，得继续充值买才行。

通过充值页面的网址，查到域名备案公司为“河南天之辰物联网有限公司”

请问一下这种情况应该怎么投诉维权呢？怎么把余额拿回来呢？
