求打听下字节国际商业化部门 tiktok 内容生态安全研发团队的强度，近期 offer 在流程中了，看网上说商业化部门要 12 点下班，季度末冲刺要凌晨两三点，不知道是不是整个部门都是这个风格，想问问有没有大佬了解这里面的工作强度？
