[程序员] 流量分享功能的技术思路

公司想在软件中集成“流量分享”的功能，类似 Windows 的“传递优化”功能。

这样的功能在各大厂商的产品中都有使用(如 360 、百度网盘、bilibili 、抖音)。我想这个应该和 P2P 下载的技术方案类似，涉及内网穿透等，但我在网上没有搜到该功能的开源解决方案。

希望大佬们能指一条路，给个建议和技术方案，不胜感激！
