[职场话题] 想转项目经理

  1. 目前大概有 4 年多的开发经验（ 2 年多的商品数据分析经验，不知道这个加分不）
  2. 因为是工厂全栈，有完整的从 0 到 1 设计开发多个系统的经验
  3. 完全没有项目管理这一岗位的工作经验，也没有对应的证书（好像这个要混学时？）
  4. 想转项目经理有这个必要或者应该学习具备哪些技能吗（有人捞那是最好了😄）
