[问与答] MacBook Pro 是需要一直插电使用还是充满就拔掉

最大容量： 90%
我想问下如果想保持最大容量，是需要一直插着还是充满了就拔掉。目前每日电脑使用情况还是比较频繁，目前可能一天一充或者两充。
