[杭州] 24 年适合买房吗，坐标杭州

在杭州工作 7 年了，目前已结婚生子，孩子今年要上一年级了。住在拱墅区，无房，孩子报名了公办小学，所住小区对应的公办小学 99%上不了，目前等待教育部分配小学。很是焦虑，有个想法是，如果分配的小学不够好，计划年底在西湖买二手房，给孩子转学（不清楚能不能转）。有没有 V 友给下建议？
