租的房子到期了,今天搬完家,中介验收的时候说是房子没打扫干净,扣 200 块钱,要转账给他,押金 15 天之后,由中介公司的财务退给我,大家有没有遇到过这种情况,会不会退?如果不退的话,报 X 有用吗
