即时通讯软件(例如)：

微信,钉钉,QQ

我们聊天中难免会发送一些文件信息
比如说 图片,视频,文档,一些分享的工具等
已发送的文档 这些软件应该有存储服务器存储这些资源
那么这些软件是否可以新增一个已发送文件的管理功能和一个资源整合搜索功能 文件发送者 通过文件管理功能可以设置已发送文件是否共享,共享到哪个分类下
资源搜索者 通过搜索功能 或分类查询被共享的资源信息
