[程序员] 请问 V 友，工作时间如何利用空闲提升专注和学习效率

本人是数据开发岗位，最近工作内容比较少，闲得慌，最近几个月都没新任务，每天就是上班发呆到下班，想学习，但是一拿起书，看了一会就看不进去了，整天都是逛论坛，水群。感觉自己已经是个废物了。

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
