[Windows] 外接的显示屏最近刷新率总掉到 30Hz 要怎么排查问题吗？

主设备联想 21 版拯救者 R9000P ，走 TypeC(DP)外接到戴尔的 U2723QX （系统里看外接显示器也是连接到 RTX3050TiGPU ，查到驱动版本是 555.99 ），之前都用的好好，最近（一个月左右）不知道为啥用着用着外接就变成 30hz 的刷新率，系统里也只剩下 30hz 的选项，要拔线重连才能恢复，各位有遇到这样的问题吗，要怎么排查解决吗？

Configure browser push notifications
