[程序员] 想整个便宜的服务器，不知道阿里云和腾讯云的 99 块钱一年服务器体验怎么样？

阿里云的配置是 2 核 2G 3M, 99 元一年，写了能续费 3 次。 腾讯云的配置 is2 核 2G 4M ，99 元一年，不知道能按这个价续费几次。

不知道现在这两家的云服务体验怎么样，以及后续能否续费，或者说除了这两家之外还有推荐的便宜服务器吗？求 V 友们指点一下
