[酷工作] 试用期到了，明明胜任了工作，却被通知试用期不过，这种情况怎么办？

如题，高级前端工程师岗试用期半年，在我后面又陆续进了 2 个新同事，其中有之前跟组长之前就认识。快到试用期结束的前一周，被找谈话，说是试用期不通过。明明自己胜任了工作，个人怀疑是最近项目没那么多了，转正名额又有限就留后过来的熟人，把我给退了，真恶心。问有没有赔偿，说是没有，这种情况怎么办，乖乖提离职流程吗？现在又要面临重新找工作，真难！
