[求职] [求职] [后端开发] 7 年/Go/ Java /远程/上海坐班

我个人是一名后端开发，从业时间也有七年了，基本都是知名企业的经历，年初离职后，一心想找个远程岗，节省一些通勤时间，能有一些自己的时间做点想做的，了解一圈下来发现 web3 这方面机会还挺多，于是去参加了 chainlink 的训练营，还参加了黑客松比赛，可现在找工作我看好多都要求有相关经验，想问下各位大佬有啥办法入圈没？
