[VPS] SG VPS 求推荐（不在乎和国内的连接质量）

作为落地节点使用，只在乎网络质量，机器配置和性能差一些没关系。

期望：

  • 流量便宜（每月消耗 300G 左右）
  • 服务商正规靠谱
  • IP 最好相对干净，别像 DO 的 IP 经常上黑名单被内容网站屏蔽（不用来看流媒体）
  • 访问国际网络较快（香港的国际网络就不太行）

预算 10usd 左右/月
