[Apple] macOS 15 beta3 ARC 浏览器很多按钮鼠标无法点击

如题，也不知道 macOS15 beta3 更新了啥，之前的问题都在（ surge 增强模式的，屏幕镜像不兼容 logic option 的），还带来了新的问题

Arc 浏览很多按钮无法点击，只能用键盘操作，如 command+f ，出来的搜索框，只能用 esc 退出搜索，无法点击 x 关闭

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
