[前端开发] 做了一个 CDNJS 的镜像加速

观察了一下市面上的同类服务，字节跳动和 360 已经很久都没有更新过库了，而 BootCdn 和 Staticfile 也已经黑名单状态。
几乎又要进入没有替代的阶段，于是做了个 CDNJS 的国内加速。

数据来自南科大镜像站，使用腾讯云作为传递层，火山云作为末端
境外走 Cloudfront 301 回 cdnjs

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
