[问与答] 电脑的奇怪问题：点击当前网页之外的地方无响应

我现在用的电脑经常会发生一个奇妙的问题：点击除了当前的网页之外的其他地方都没反应，只有关闭当前网页或刷新当前网页之后才能继续用电脑。

网页内可以点击交互，还有下面的按钮能用：

我一直以为是我的 Chrome 浏览器拓展装太多导致的问题，结果今天在微信浏览器里也出现了，所以到底是什么东西的问题？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
