[问与答] 250g 以下无人机也要实名了？

买了个非 dji 的玩具无人机（ 250g 以下）准备送外甥，到货之后发现要实名
先不说外甥还未成年，自己也不怎么想实名
看到 24 年初开始的管理条例，47 条开始都是这个罚款那个罚款的，我感觉很容易被抓，真被抓了还不如无人机送了免得被实名找到人，分分钟罚款高于我的购买成本
