[MacBook Pro] M3 MAX 发热问题

MacBook Pro 14 / M3 Max 14-Core / 1TB SSD / 36GB RAM 刚入了 1 个多月，之前一直挺正常的。
最近开始发热，CPU 使用率没什么变化都在 5%左右。但是发热比较厉害，触摸板两边最明显，最奇怪的是屏幕正面和背面都发热。

按理机子发热也不影响屏幕啊，太奇怪了。
我以前用的 M1 ，基本全天是冷的

Configure browser push notifications
