[程序员] 北京未来某安-裁员后不给赔偿,后天要开庭了！

安全行业,3 月低裁员,当天裁员后,当天让走,并且给了解除劳动合同的通知,从 3 月底到海淀区劳动仲裁委员会提交申请,到开庭共计 3 个月,期间公司各种骚操作
1.裁员后拿完通知就行了,不要签任何字！！！(公司企图当天忽悠被裁员工签字)
2.裁员给一个月,没得商量！！！(有的人给两个月)
3.仲裁提交的证据拿员工手册说事,竟然自己把员工手册加到 30 多页(农村户口有免费法律援助！！！)
4.公司就想拖时间,公司有一个前员工，仲裁结果一年了，被公司拖到二审
5.怎么能防止公司拖延时间，求大建议

大家有啥好建议么，公司一直在拖延时间，免费法律援助的律师说也没啥好法子，只能等
