今天突然有个想法，疫情开始的这几波裁员潮之后，各个大厂基本裁了两三成的人。但是公司发现虽然人少了该干的活还是能干完，无非就是快点慢点，类比马斯克 Twitter 大裁员，完全没有影响推特的运行。 那么在这种情况下，如果等经济复苏后，公司还会大批量的招人么？还是说开始跟 pdd 一样压极致人效
