[问与答] 有在欧洲的朋友吗？现在从欧洲打电话到国内最便宜的 SIM 卡是什么资费？

题主十多年前在奥地利学习时（ 10-13 年）办过一张 WOWWW ！ 电信公司的电话卡，打国内电话前半小时才零点几欧（具体记不清了），半小时后按秒计费，现在还有这么便宜的卡吗？现在是从欧洲打国内便宜还是从国内打欧洲便宜？
