[问与答] 怎样看待公司组织捐款,以小组为单位由组长带动

各位 V 友大家好,最近公司因为其它项目组有一个同事家庭困难组织以小组为单位的捐款活动 . 不知道我的想法是不是过于自私, 这位同事我基本都不认识,如果是出于个人情感我是没有捐款意愿的但是公司现在以小组形式捐款,组长也没有带头说捐多少,我很懵逼捐多少合适,或者我是不是可以按照自己的意愿不捐 .
