首先能不去外包最好就别去外包，但是现在行情没得选

人力外包的话通常是一个人被派到企事业单位或者是大厂

项目外包通常是跟一大堆同公司的人一起去开发（这边指的是驻场开发）

人力外包的雷点主要是退场时间不确定，说不定人家一个不喜欢就让你爬了，加班基本不会少，而且周围基本上没有同公司的人

项目外包的话看情况，最大的雷点基本上集中在出差多，然后项目结束后人员的高度流动性

各有各的利弊，怎么选？
