[NAS] 群晖 ipv6 端口的问题

群晖我配置了 ipv6 和 ddns ，并且设置了一个 ipv6 的防火墙，允许 51413 端口 然后 qbittorent docker 开放了 51413 端口

每次重启后，外部访问不了 51413 端口，但是手动重启 qbittorrent 的 docker ，就可以访问了。

这是什么原因呢？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
