[宽带症候群] 我这里的移动似乎对非常用端口上传进行了限速

用 speedtest 测试，本地移动机房没问题，但是外网 ipv6 回家看电影非常慢，只有 600KB/s 。然后用中科大测速 v4 和 v6 都很慢，v6 只有 7Mbps ，确实和实际情况相符，这种属于什么限制？是不是检测到你自己搭的 NAS 服务器之类要上传就给你限速了？
