[Windows] explorer 有时候刚开机就会非常卡啥情况？

最近换了新电脑，7800x3d 32G 1TBSSD 4070super
但不知道怎么了，只要是从档案总管里面打开的档案，基本上都要等好几秒才打开，用三方解压缩软件打开 zip 类型的档案则是非常卡，可能要等到好几分钟，甚至档案总管的窗口会直接卡死，只有用自带的解压功能，或是专门打开压缩软件从里面访问开启档案才能正常

软件部分的话则是只有 Discord 变成非常卡，其他软件则不影响
把 explorer.exe 重启也还是一样，只能靠重开机碰运气

看了资源管理器也没有看到 cpu 和 ram 占满
有啥方式能解决么？
