[NAS] 我在同城同网络的机房租台服务器，和 nas 是不是效果一样？

我用的是中国电信，在离我 1 公里的位置就有一个电信机房，也可以托管和出租服务器，价格也不贵。

我在家里搞台 nas ，和在 1 公里的电信机房搞一台服务器有差别吗？
