[全球工单系统] 微信 PC 端，关掉语音和视频通话通知声音后，别人打来语音还是会有提醒。如何关闭？

需求：

语音请求过来，只想手机上有声音，不想电脑端上有声音。电脑端的声音太响了。

尝试

  1. google 了一下，也就这一个比较相关，但是没啥用。 https://developers.weixin.qq.com/community/develop/doc/00064ec6ff413880dcf0a40aa6b800

  2. 尝试了在 windows 里的语音合成器里关闭。微信里的视频还有声音，但是别人发的语音就没声音了。

  3. 想关了 windows 里 wechat 的通知，发现找不到 wechat 。可能是被公司隐藏了？
