[问与答] 求助复刻这样的输入框

即刻 web 的输入框，可以直接粘贴上传图片、视频，也可以按钮选择上传图片视频，但是图片和视频是二选一上传的。有没有大佬可以复刻下这个输入框，或者是有类似的项目可以推荐，谢谢！

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
