[OpenAI] chatgpt 付费账号无法响应

今天出现的问题，一个开通了 plus 的账号到在输入框中输入内容后，点击发送没有响应，输入内容无法发送出去。 另一个免费账号却可以发送内容，也能够得到响应。 有 Bro 也碰到同样问题吗？

  3. Adjust your preference.
