我注册了一个新加坡区账号，绑定国内 visa 卡，添加信用卡的瞬间亚马逊网页就打不开了（网络是正常的，新加坡区奈飞照常看），prime video 的 APP 可以打开，但是原本满屏的聚集只剩下个位数，像是账号本身被拉黑了一样，想问问正确的步骤和条件，手机号和信用卡有什么要求
