[浏览器] Brave 浏览器 的同步功能需要翻墙使用吗？

今天开始使用 brave

需要设置不同设备的书签和浏览历史同步
手机去扫 pc 上的二维码，出现三种情况：
一、扫码功能不出来
二、扫了等着，一直没 next
三、扫了，发现设备，然后没有然后……书签也没见同步
大部分时候是一、二，三只出现过一次

附带问下，不需要的一些功能，比如钱包，可以 del 吗？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
