[Cloudflare] 提升 Cloudflare Tunnel 稳定性避免 Error 1033

如果你正在用 Cloudflare Tunnel ，但有时候抽风出现 Error 1033, 参考官方说明：

I see an error 1033 when attempting to run a tunnel.

原因嘛就不多解释了。Cloudflare Tunnel 为国内使用者选择的 Connector 基本上 Endpoint 都在美西，所以连接不稳定，目前也没有什么比较官方的 Tunnel 自选节点的办法，一种思路是套个代理，假装自己在香港或日本发出连接请求。参考项目在：CF-Tunnel-Transparent-Proxy

为了方便运行，我用了 Docker 环境，如果你还不知道怎么拉镜像，参考这里

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
